After you contact us with a request for online consultation, we offer you a day and time slot for 20 Minutes. We use zoom for our online consultation, but skype may also work. In your first contact email you can also provide us the days and times that are most convenient for you. 

Online consultation means a short description of your complaints, based on which we consider a certain diagnosis, recommend some tests or suggest a treatment. This may also include a need for some examinations or procedures, which we - if needed - can later plan for you in Berlin.

A 20 minutes Consultation commission fee is 90 Euro. 

In case you already have examination results or documents that are written in not understandable medical language, we can interpret the result for you and explain the meaning of those latin word if needed. We can also assess the risks and give you some easy understanding of how procedures and examinations work. 

Depending on amount of documents or needs, the fee may vary. If you have some medical documents and you only need a simple but profound explanation, you can send us the document (or examination results) with the needed request and we will calculate the fee right away.

Patients are often unsure whether the recommended procedure is really necessary or whether there really are no alternative treatment methods. We will help you understand the indications and scientific evidence, and show you what alternatives exist to recommended procedures or treatments.

We can re-evaluate the tests that have already been carried out and interpret them in a way that you can understand. We will explain why this or that treatment option makes sense or why you shouldn't do it. Usually it’s not just our opinions, but rather the current medical evidence. We will also be happy to explain the context and reasons why a diagnostics or treatment is necessary or not necessary. Depending on the effort, such a second opinion/interpretation of findings can cost up to 200 euros. You will receive a written summary of the consultation or interpretation of findings.

We provide all kinds of cardiac examinations, such as echocardiography, cardiac CT and MRI, coronary angiography, pacemaker, ICD and CRTD therapy, electrophysiological studies and ablation as well as transcatheter valve repair.

Depending on your needs we can calculate the approximate costs of examinations and treatments that may take place in our facilities in Berlin.

EP-Study (such as Ablation of atrial fibrillation) may cost in range of 10 000 - 15 000 Euro, an Angiogramm with coronary stenting can vary from 1200 to 5000 Euro depending on complexity. Pacemaker therapy ist very much dependent on the device used: a simple one chamber pacemaker may cost as low as 1000 Euro, whereas a CRTD-Device (cardiac resynchronisation therapy and defibrillator) may cost up to 20 000 Euro - implantation costs being the insignificant part of it.

Whether it is only a consultation or interpretation of your examination results, or if we performed any cardiac procedure or examination - you can always count on us. If you wish a regular check up and control examinations or wish to share some new results and ask for interpretation - as our registered patient you have all our attention and time. Anytime. 

Depending on complexity and procedures we performed you may also get a lifelong follow up for free. For instance it is possible to have a free of charge remote follow up of most of cardiac devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators. We will provide this information in the course of your treatment/examination
